Frequently asked questions
Is hypnotherapy for you?
It is if you are seeking a safe, quick, effective, and proven method for creating positive changes. Behaviors that no longer serve you are replaced with better ones to promote growth and success.
Will I do anything in hypnosis against my will?
No. In order for hypnosis to be effective, you have to want and be willing to change your behaviors, in a positive way. A person cannot be forced to do. something in hypnosis that he or she would not normally do.
What is NLP?
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) refers to the way in which our mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) affect our behaviors (programming).
Is being hypnotized the same as being asleep?
No. It is a "sleep like" state, but you aware of what is going on.
What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a simple and effective method of gently tapping on the body’s energy meridians to balance the energy disruptions that trigger emotional and physical pain.
